Enterprise Edition

This edition is geared toward connected enterprises. Multiple projects can be supported by any computers connected to the SystemBlend server. It includes:

• A single node-locked instance of the SystemBlend server.
• SystemDesigner (must be installed on a machine with Simulink).
• ComponentGuide (must be installed on a machine with Simulink).
• IntegrationMaster.
• Redistribution rights for SystemDesigner, ComponentGuide, and IntegrationMaster, free of charge (see license for details).

Users log in to the SystemBlend server to:

• Automatically exchange data between the applications in the SystemBlend suite.
• Ensure there are no naming collisions in the Simulink workspace later during integration.

The SystemBlend server allows project managers to:

• Create new projects.
• Add and remove engineers from their projects.
• Deprecate or delete old subsystem models.
• Deprecate or delete old projects.

System Administrators use the server to:

• Add and remove users.
• Set user roles.

SCIF Edition

This edition is geared toward projects that do not have connectivity. It includes:

• A single node-locked instance of SystemDesigner.
• ComponentGuide (must be installed on a machine with Simulink).
• IntegrationMaster (must be installed on a machine with Simulink).
• Redistribution rights for ComponentGuide and IntegrationMaster, free of charge (see license for details).

Data is exchanged between teams with ordinary files using external media. This edition does not protect against naming collisions in the Simulink workspace during integration.
